For online purchases, consumers usually have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, counted from receipt of the goods.

To exercise this right, the customer must send us an unequivocal statement through our support contacts.

The withdrawal right may not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, such as items with a name, text, colour, logo or customer-supplied file.

This exception does not affect consumer rights in case of defect, lack of conformity or an error attributable to the store.

After receiving and checking the returned goods, the refund is issued through the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

The refund may be withheld until we receive the goods or until the customer provides proof of return shipment.
